Our story
DC Finest is an owner-managed agency based in Port d'Andratx. Founder Hanns-Christopher Deppe built the company on one conviction: premium property brokerage needs, above all, time for the individual client.
The south-west of the island — from Andratx via Santa Ponsa and Bendinat to Palma — is our home and our working area. We know the locations, the owners, and the craftsmen, notaries and lawyers who make a purchase or sale run smoothly.
As a licensed real estate agent of the Balearic Islands (GOIBE) we work by the rules of the profession — transparent in commission, reliable in commitment and discreet wherever owners wish.

Managing Director
Hanns-Christopher Deppe leads DC Finest as managing director and has been the company's sole administrator since 2016. The Port d'Andratx brokerage was founded in 2010 and specialises in property in the south-west of Mallorca. He personally accompanies owners and buyers — from the first assessment to the notary appointment.
