El Toro is compact, and that is precisely its appeal. Directly above Port Adriano sit apartments and townhouses whose terraces look across the pontoons to the Malgrats islands. Further up the hill stand villas on large plots, many facing south or west with unobstructed sea views because nothing more can be built below them.

Along the rocky coast towards the small El Toro beach are a few frontline estates — the rarest properties on the peninsula. New-builds are scarce; buyers here mostly acquire existing homes with modernisation potential or a villa that has already been renovated.
